Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs clerical duties including typing, filing and completion of related organizational forms
- Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone/voicemail systems, computers and other standard office equipment
- Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate individuals and prepare messages
- Copies, sort and file records related to office activities, business transactions and other matters as directed
- Prepare letters, memorandums, forms and reports according to written and verbal instructions
- Sort incoming mail and deliver to appropriate department or individual and process outgoing mail
- Maintain filing systems either manually or electronically
- Manage calendar and schedule appointments as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Clerical experience preferred
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to follow directions
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
