In this role, you will be a vital part of a small, specialized group responsible for building assemble-to-order product lines, specifically our drive-through radiation portal monitors.

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience is necessary, and comprehensive training will be provided! However, any previous manufacturing, mechanical, or assembly experience is a strong plus and will put you ahead.
- Ability (or willingness to learn how) to read blueprints and schematics.
- Proficient in the use of computers as necessary to complete logs or records.
- Detail-oriented and consistent.
- Self-motivated and works well as a productive member of a team.
- Works well as a productive member of a small team.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Basic ability in mathematics, reading, and writing.
- Execute assemble-to-order builds accurately and efficiently, focusing on radiation portal monitors and related security equipment.
- Wire, install, and assemble electronic components and hardware according to project specifications.
- Actively assist other production teams when the production schedule allows, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to help.
- Pack manufactured products securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Accurately complete production logs and digital records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must have manual dexterity to assemble products as directed.
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
- Must wear gloves, ear, and eye protection as necessary.
