Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or market segment.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits and applications of organic scintillators.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements related to radiation detection.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree preferred, but not a requirement
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in scientific instrumentation, radiation detection, or related fields
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex scientific concepts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
