Ludlum Measurements, Inc is seeking an detail-orientated and motivated PTH Technician to join our team in Sweetwater, Texas.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a self-motivated individual with keen attention to detail along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person


Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as necessary to complete logs or records.
  • Support the assembly team as needed to assemble and load systems to meet demand.
  • Promote a positive and safe work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to work closely with others.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to take constructive criticism to help improve job performance.
  • Must have great communication skills.
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as necessary to complete logs or records.
  • Detail-oriented and consistent.
  • Works well as a productive member of a team
  • Ability to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic ability in mathematics, reading and writing.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed.
  • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift at least 50 lbs.
