Ludlum SLC, a VPI Technology Group (VPI) subsidiary, seeks a highly motivated entry-level individual to join our skilled manufacturing team. This position will reside full-time at our location in Draper, Utah

Wage: $17.75 hourly
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be a US citizen (government contract requirement)
  • Manufacturing assembly experience preferred
  • Previous soldering experience a plus
  • Great attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity, fine motor controls, and strong hand-eye coordination
  • Ve able to lift up to 50 pounds infrequently
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Self-motivation to complete daily production goals
  • High degree of professionalism and maturity with ability to work independently
  • Ability to adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events
  • Exercise good judgment, keeping in mind company policies and procedures
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform manufacturing activities in accordance with procedures, job travelers, and instructions
  • Ensure that any special requirements documented on each specific job traveler are implemented
  • Identify any defective items and handle according to established procedures
  • Assure that all paperwork is properly signed for accountability
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
